Is there a cost for students to take a BIG course?

Yes, there is a cost involved in doing a course with BIG. See the link at the bottom of the page.

What is the cancellation policy for your courses?

If you are registered for a course or program and cannot participate or complete the program within the stipulated time you may apply for a two week extension once without extra costs, stating your reasons.

How long will I have access to online content?

You will have access to the online content 6 weeks from the day of enrollment to complete each module with assignments. Be aware that you will need at least three weeks (we recommend a month) to complete the end exercises and your coaching appointments. A two-week extension will be offered free of cost on request. For longer extensions, a nominal fee will be charged.

What is the duration of the program?

September 2023- Spetember 2024

• Online Module 1: 15 days

• Onsite Boot Camp: 6 days

• Ongoing Coaching: Once a month

• Pitch prep and presentation: 3 days

This will mean intense engagement of two days each module and allow 4-6 days to finish all assignments of module 1 and validate your idea. You can take extra time for the last exercises on request as long as 80% of assignments submitted  two weeks before the Boot Camp. Those that have the time and capacity to accelerate their participation can do so and finish sooner. On completion of a module, a registration and payment link will be sent to you to enable you to progress to the next module if you have chosen not to take the incubator bundle.

 

Does BIG offer scholarships?

As funds are available, BIG may offer need-based scholarships to help out those from a ministry background, to empower women entrepreneurs or those facing a specific hardship. They will never exceed 50% of total tuition costs and require approximately 80% completion of online study material and assignments. Scholarships are only offered to returning students for module 2 & 3.
