Our next Business Development Course for startup or existing entrepreneurs will start on

KINGDOM BUSINESS GROW- B
This interactive online course has three modules of 12 sessions in online content with the following features
🔸 Online self-study so students can process materials at their own pace.
🔸 Zoom classes* which will be more interactive, with an extended time of Q&A with instructors.
🔸 Coaching sessions divided into - 4 group coaching* sessions, 4 individual coaching sessions and 2 peer connection* sessions.
🔸 Assignments that help you apply your learning to YOUR business.
🔸 A slower-paced schedule that allows more time for research and assignments.
Module 1- Starting Well: takes you through an introduction to Kingdom Business, helps you evaluate your existing business idea or a new product, or a plan to scale up.
Module 2- Planning for Success: helps you understand and apply marketing strategies to your business, identify costs, evaluate risks, develop your team, and complete a one-page Business Plan.
Module 3- Counting the Cost: gives you tools to develop a Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow statement. It takes you all the way to readiness for investment helping you understand the different funding strategies and apply or pitch for loans.
BONUS SESSION: Participate in a practice pitch and invite well-wishers to be a part of your Business Dedication. Assignments must be done by the time of the last group coaching session to qualify for an invitation to the practice pitch (Bonus session).
SET YOUR PACE AND PRICE
Entrepreneurs ( recommended for pre-launch entrepreneurs ) can avail of our modular option and pay for each module as needed. Others can sign up and pay a one-time fee to lock in their price for the whole course.
INDIVIDUALISED ANYTIME OPTION
Entrepreneurs can now join module one at any time and work their way through the end without fitting into the group dates. *Please note this option will not include zoom interactive classes, group coaching and peer connections but will have one-on-one coaching and feedback on assignments.
